Clarkson In Deep Shit Over Climate Change
Climate change protesters have left a big steamy dump of manure at the home of BBC presenter Top Gear presenter Jeremy Clarkson, in a protest over vehicle emissions.
The climate change protesters from direct action action group Climate Rush claimed to be acting as “blasé as him” about carbon emissions, by dumping manure at the entry to Clarkson’s home. They stood in protest with a banner saying “This is what you’re landing us in”.
No one was arrested and Clarkson has remained quiet about the issue. Protester Deborah Grayson said: “Just as he’s ever so blasé about his CO2 and how much he’s contributing to climate change emissions, we’re a little bit blasé about our horse manure.”
Clarkson has repeatedly dismissed government actions to help prevent car emissions as ridiculous, much to the dismay of climate groups, as his show Top Gear reaches out to millions of motorists in the UK and around the world.
