I might be the first person to blog this so here it goes. Although I’ve always proffered football. Last time I played rugby I got knocked unconscious by my mates kneecap.

Douches. Every country has them. They all go by different names but they are essentially all the same. But none quite as notorious as the American Douche (AKA The Douche Bag). Here is a funny one from Barats And Bereta, a comedy duo that I seem to have completely missed over the past few years. These guys are hilarious and this is perhaps one of their best. Yes people, the very angry Icelandic volcano managed to stop exploding itself for long enough for me to board a flight to the UK! Just in time for the biggest week in politics for decades. The General election takes place tomorrow and is the first one in (my) living memory where any of the 3 major parties could actually win.

Grevais’ Flanimals Become Charity Gifts

Legendary British comedian Ricky Gervais has shown his charitable side by designing some more of his famous cartoon “Flanimals” as gifts for the charity Oxfam.

Flaminals are phoney animals comically designed by Grevais originally for a recent book, including the Munge Fuddler and the Clunge ambler. All are comically hindered in some way by themselves. Flanimal gift packs will now be part of Oxfam’s online Unwrapped charity gifts shop. The ‘Glonk’ ‘Plamglotis’ ‘Clunge Ambler’ ‘Honk’ and ‘Spleg’ are all available for a £20 charity donation which will all help aid individual projects, such as helping those with AIDS, campaigning for human rights and fighting poverty.
