Finally a Reporter With Some Balls…

I’m going to continue the theme of exposing the truth today. So if there is one thing that really sucks about America its corporate businesses and their grip on politics.

“Free” America prides itself on its private, non government run businesses. Instead these businesses run the government. The Government pay out Billions a week to businesses to do its bidding, from everything to health-care to armed forces. Acorn is one such company that has been brought to light recently.

Acorn provide grassroots community organization of low- and moderate-income people. Sounds like a perfect target for them at FOX News indeed. FOX sent a fake under cover Pimp to Acorn offices to try and get financial support whilst claiming to be a pimp, and in some cases succeeded. It does indeed show that Acorn can be corrupted and something does need to be done about it. But Acorn are saints compared to some other government funded businesses.

Enter MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow. This is the first piece of passionate truthful investigative reporting I think I’ve ever witnessed from the America press. Kudos Rachel Maddow.

CNN Call Out Fox News “Lie”

Fox News. You either love them or hate them. Of course if you love them you need your head checked.

Fox have caused a rally of calls recently lead by comedian Jon Stewart, host of an American Satire news show which has recently been voted more reliable for news than the American press, for the end of biased, ignorant and dishonest reporting. Fox News should simply not be allowed to call themselves a news station, entertainment maybe, but a recourse for “Fair and Balanced” factual news, it certainly is not.

CNN reporter Rick Sanchez has finally stood up to Fox News after they run an advert in the Washington Post claiming that CNN did not report on the recent FOX sponsored Tea party protests in Washington. Sanchez well and truly calls out FOX for their dishonesty, and quoting Joe Wilson’s recent outburst at Obama, “You Lie”

Robert Reich Explains Health-cares Public Option

I don’t know who this dude is but he seems to have summed up the public health-care option up pretty well. It’s all coming to and end now thankfully, as Obama gave his best speech since taking office to finally grab hold of the issue.

It’s time to end corporate America’s firm grip on politics. The welfare of the people should be the priority for the government NOT business profits. Countries should not be measured on their business power but there quality of life. Step up America and sort it out!

Fake Trees To Fight Global Warming

Politicians definitely love scientists, especially if there research means they don’t have to bother trying to prevent global warming. Here is an idea so crazy, it might just work.

Carbon Capture Trees

Researchers are working on Carbon Capturing Trees, mocked up here lining our motorways, in an attempt to council out car emissions. Some say that a mere 100,000 would remove the same amount of CO2 from the atmosphere as is emitted by all of Britain’s cars, vans and lorry’s every year.

The study, by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, into how technology could prevent climate change offers the trees as an opportunity to give the world more time to find a more permanently solution. The reality is that the worlds resources are running out as it is, so preventing global warming is not the only problem with the CO2 dependant world economy.

So budding scientists out there, this is a step forward, but not a permanent solution. We still face the inevitable global warming, water and food shortages, running out of oil. Make something that will fix it! Please…

Yes, if it involves hot babes in underwear and sports, its going down in America. This year the lingerie Football League is set to make a comeback.

The girls will be sporting the latest hi tech sports lingerie, sure to make stars of the tv show “gladiators” very jealous. The sport is not without controversy, already making Fox News headlines. Tampa Breeze star Melissa Berry was exposed on the news channel as they released leaked cell phone pictures of her in the buff.
