Tune of the Day: Crystal Castles (+Robert Smith)- Not In Love
It’s great to be back in the UK if not only to get back in touch with decent music again. In Canada they still mostly listen to Nirvana and Offspring! And all the Australians that work there listen to is Blink 182. To celebrate I am going to try to ‘sort you out’ with a hot new tune each day from now on.
I’ll start you off with this little beauty that is sure to be one of the biggest tunes over the last months of 2010. Crystal Castles are not the easiest of bands to listen to at times and have been pretty over rated on their first album. But after a quick listen to their second album, out now, it looks like they are moving in the right direction. This version of the track “Not in Love” Featuring Robert Smith of the Cure does not appear on the Album but is likely to be a single release.
